We are often the sole source of a part, so we must have reliable tooling and a robust process to insure continuous supply. By providing blanks and flat stamped products, customers reduce scrap handling and overall material cost. High volume applications may warrant multipart layouts to maximize the efficiency of the stamping operation. Utilizing pre-plated strip is often a cost reduction to post plating individual parts. Options to lower or minimize packing cost are reviewed for every item we quote.
